Solution Financial has been providing luxury vehicle leasing and sourcing services throughout Greater Vancouver since 2004. In 2017 we decided to expand our offerings and added luxury speed boats and yachts to the mix.

Automotive leasing was once in demand as tax deduction purposes for fleet and corporations. Over the years, it became readily available to consumers and individuals. We can proudly say that we have contributed to this change and after years of professional commitment in the automotive industry, we have found the best Solution.

The Team

    Chief Executive Officer

    With over 15 years in the automotive industry, Bryan has helped re-invent the luxury and exotic vehicle leasing business in Western Canada. As a pioneer and innovator, Bryan has built a team dedicated to the highest standards of customer service.

    Chief Financial Officer

    With over 20 years of public and private accounting experience, Sean specializes in working with high growth businesses. He previously worked with Deloitte-Vancouver and PricewaterhouseCoopers-San Jose, California. Sean is a CPA-CA, CPA-llinois.

    VP of Operations

    Vincent has over 25 years of experience in automotive business management. He was the General Manager at OpenRoad Audi for 8 years with a team of 65 employees. During his tenure at OpenRoad, he has achieved 5 consecutive years in the top 3 Dealerships in Western Canada. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts.

    Director of Sales

    Michael has over 20 years of automotive retail experience. Prior to joining the Solution Team, he previously managed a team of multi-cultured sales specialists at Richmond Acura for 13 years with 11  years as No.1 Volume Acura dealer in BC. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts.

    Financial Controller

    With over 8 years of experience in accounting, Johnny’s expertise includes establishing accounting functions, assisting financial analysis and filings for public companies. He continues to implement organizational compliance and effective risk management. Johnny is a CPA-CGA.

    Lease Manager

    Donald has 20 years of experience in the automotive business having worked at OpenRoad Honda, Burrard Acura, and Auto West BMW. Most recently Donald worked at Ensign Pacific and has spent the last 6 years at the dealership management level. Donald is well connected in the automotive industry.

    Fleet Manager

    With over 20 years of experience in the automotive retail and wholesale business, Gary has proven to deliver results by maximizing sales volume and profit. His vast network of import and domestic partnerships allows him to efficiently conduct business in multiple provinces.

    Remarketing Specialist

    Marco has over 15 years of experience in the automotive retail business. He has worked at Auto West BMW, Richmond Acura and Volvo of Vancouver. With his expertise in Japanese and European imports, Marco is certain to deliver exceptional purchase experiences to all his clients.

    Human Resource Manager

    Winnie became a part of our Solution Team in 2012, bringing with her 15 years of business management and customer service experience. She oversees the Human Resource department to ensure the functions and tasks are carried out by the team.

    Office Manager

    Kay joined our Solution Team in 2013. Her incredible organizational skills ensures our team operates smoothly and efficiently. Kay’s multilingual fluency and caring personality has been key to building long term relationships with our business partners and clientele.

    Accounting Administrator

    After graduating from Simon Fraser University with a BBA in Finance and Accounting, as a certified payroll practitioner, Yannie is enthusiastic to be a part of the Solution Team. She assists with various accounting tasks within the organization.

    Lease Administrator

    Vv became a part of our Solution Team in 2014. With a background in Legal Administration, she prudently monitors the insurance compliances for the entire lease portfolio. She enjoys the fast-paced challenges of the auto industry.

    Lease Administrator

    After graduating from Simon Fraser University, Serena joined Solution as a lease administrator. With her organizational and interpersonal skills, she enjoys maintaining the good standing of the leases in the company’s portfolio, and offers great customer service to our clientele.


Bryan Pang – Director, Chief Executive Officer and President

Mr. Pang is the founder and President of Solution. He has over 20 years experience in the automotive industry and the Solution business model he developed has helped many new immigrants and affluent international students to find financing solutions for vehicles and other luxury assets.

Sean Hodgins – Director, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Hodgins has over 25 years of senior level management experience. As a contract CFO working with high-growth businesses, he has helped raise private, venture and public financing for a vast array of different businesses. Mr. Hodgins is the President of Tandem Accounting Group Ltd., which provides contract CFO and controllership services to a variety of private and public companies. Mr. Hodgins is a CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia.

Vincent Lau – Director

Mr. Lau is the Vice President of Operations with over 25 years of experience in automotive business management. He was the general manager at Destination Hyundai, OpenRoad Audi Columbia Dodge for many years. During his tenure at OpenRoad, he achieved five consecutive years in the top-three dealerships in Western Canada.

Steve Saville - Director

Steve Saville is a Vancouver lawyer practicing corporate and securities law at the Vancouver office of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP (“Fasken”). He has been a partner of Fasken since 2012. His areas of practice focus on securities and M&A for both public and private companies. He graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario bar in 2004 and the British Columbia bar in 2008. Prior to working in Vancouver, Steve Saville practiced at the Toronto office of Fasken and the London office of Clifford Chance LLP, a leading UK firm.

Desmond Balakrishnan - Director

Desmond Balakrishnan is a Vancouver lawyer and has practiced law as a partner at McMillan LLP since February 2002. His areas of practice focus on mergers, acquisitions, listed company maintenance, international public listings, gaming and entertainment law. He graduated from the University of Alberta in 1997 with an LL.B (with distinction) and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1998. Mr. Balakrishnan is now, or has been in the last five years, a director or officer of 13 public companies or reporting issuers.

Kerry Meier - Director

Mr. Meier has been the business development manager with Westland Insurance since December 2016. Prior to that he was the owner of Meier Insurance from 1999 to December 2016.
